Terms of service
Last updated October 2026
These terms govern your use of FleetLink, a product of Lemonade ("Lemonade", "we"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to them on behalf of yourself and your company.
The service
FleetLink provides fleet tracking, dispatch and route optimization software. We may improve or change features over time and will give notice of material changes that reduce functionality.
Accounts and drivers
You are responsible for your account, for the people you add, and for activity under your company. You must have the right to track your drivers and tell them how their location is used — drivers see a notice whenever tracking is on. Only add drivers who work for you and comply with the laws that apply to your workplace.
Free trial, plans and billing
New companies get a 14-day free trial. After that, a paid plan is required to create new jobs and add drivers. Plans are priced per driver per month and billed in advance through Stripe; the amount follows the number of drivers you have. You can change or cancel at any time from the billing page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period unless stated otherwise. If a payment fails we will notify you and allow a short grace period before restricting new activity.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service: no attempts to access other companies' data, interfere with the platform, reverse engineer it, or use it for unlawful surveillance or harassment. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or put others at risk.
Your data
You own your data. You grant us the right to process it to provide the service. You can export or delete it at any time. See our privacy policy.
Availability and support
We work to keep FleetLink available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Location accuracy depends on drivers' devices; web apps cannot track reliably in the background on some phones.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is", and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms; continued use after a change means you accept it. Questions? Contact us.
